職責要求 1) Assures availability of all resources necessary to operate the unit, including adequate direct labor, technical and maintenance resources, and all other required direct support. 2) Coordinates with production planner and the shop floor staffs, schedule sequencing and load leveling in the shop floor. 3) Drive all Lean activities within the Value Stream including 5S, Process Mapping, Flow Methods (Pull, Kanban), Standard Work and Visual Management. Employs lean manufacturing practices to improve manufacturing operations, reduce scrap, improve efficiencies, and reduce cycle times. Implements process control improvements to reduce product variability. 4) Collaborate with Quality, Technical Services, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Human Resources to ensure achievement of high-quality products, production plans to meet customer service, manufacturing cost objectives, new product commercialization launches, machine reliability and performance improvements. 5) Coordinate problem solving activity including root cause analysis and corrective action. Uses relevant quality tools to troubleshoot recurring issues and eliminate root cause process failures. 6) Accountable for the contact between the value stream and external stakeholders, including supply chain, planner, technical services, quality or engineering teams, to quickly communicate problems in delivery, quality or process flow. 7) Administer plant policies in a firm, fair and consistent manner. Conduct regular meetings with all employees to ensure good, teamwork and cooperation throughout the manufacturing operation and between facilities and functions. 8) Mentors and develops direct reports and the entire Value Stream Team. Listens, supports, engages and encourages employee suggestions and input to achieve excellent results while driving a culture of accountability. Perform employee reviews of reporting supervision on a yearly basis. 9) Perform other related duties as assigned. 任職資格 1.At least 10 years experience in manufacturing management in pharma companies. 2.At least 5 years of managerial experience. 3.Conversational in English.
