R&D Budget Management: Manage project timelines, technical roadmaps, and expense controls for automation technology R&D. Resource & Task Allocation: Coordinate departmental workflows and optimize the distribution of tasks among team members. Talent Mentorship: Facilitate internal training programs and provide technical mentorship to enhance team competencies. Cost Optimization: Manage raw materials, equipment, and labor costs to achieve COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) optimization and production efficiency. Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact (Window) for customer audits and quality inspections.
