What we are looking for The Service Team at Nova is looking for Field Service Engineer with high technical skills to support and provide unique customer value. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of technical and support functions aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of equipment in the field. Your insights and observations will help on improvements and adjustments to both the equipment and support processes, contributing to the overall enhancement of the company’s offerings. What you will be doing • Implement, analyze, diagnose, evaluate and troubleshoot technical equipment problems, and support company systems in the field. • Collaborate closely with users, and to maintain, support, and guide proper training. • Maintain proper reporting methods for all activities of customer support as defined by the Territory Service Manager/Customer Support Manager. • Maintain company’s parts inventory under the position’s control. • Maintain proper level of stock in accordance with company spare parts tock policy, as set from time to time. • Support in new equipment integration, “add-ons,” and upgrades. • Provide feedback to the headquarters based on experience gained with customers.

【職務說明】 1.規劃、導入與優化智慧製造系統，提升自動化與數據化程度 2.設計與維護生產監控儀表板 3.協助設備聯網、資料整合與系統測試，確保系統穩定運行 【核心開發能力】 1. 語言與框架： 精通 C# / .NET 開發，熟悉多執行緒（Multi-threading）、非同步編程（Async/Await)，具備 Windows Forms 或 WPF 開發經驗。 2. 網路協議： 熟悉 TCP/IP、UDP、RESTful API 3. 資料庫： 熟悉任一關聯式資料庫，並具備資料庫效能優化能力(MS SQL, MySQL 尤佳)。 4. AI 協作開發： 習慣使用 GitHub Copilot、ChatGPT 或 Cursor 等 AI 工具輔助開發、Debug 與撰寫單元測試。

Technical 1. Responsible for completion of process support and installation of Lam equipment at customer sites. This includes evaluation and documentation of process outputs of hardware modifications/upgrades to existing systems. 2.Setup and complete experiments, collect data and generate reports for both internal and external distribution. Will develop new processes for new applications at customer sites on existing Lam equipment. 3.Initiates escalations, quality investigations and PRs. Developing relationship with process engineers in other regions, especially those running like applications. 4. Performs application related Project Management, which includes -Plan, conduct and technically direct moderately complex projects. - Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendation for new and existing Lam equipment. 5.Work with senior engineers and customers to understand customer technology roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues/ challenges. 6. Design and complete DOE evaluations to characterize process window for new installations or Lam recommended field hardware modifications/ upgrades. 6. Develop new processes for small variants to existing customer applications. 7. Present technical and marketing materials to a high standard. 8. Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Customer Relation 1. Develop good customer relations during start-up and trouble-shooting; Work closely with customer to understand customer issues and demands 2.Professionally represent the company to the customer. 3.Utilize knowledge of company’s product lines and services to keep existing / potential customers informed when new/additional needs are identified. 4. 1.電容器之材料陽極鋁箔之生產. 2.鋁箔生產設備之操作. 3.平日生產線運作順利. 4.生產排程進度、品質控管. 5.分裝、包裝作業及異常排除. 輪班技術人員待遇與福利： 1. 月薪 + 另外再加: 輪班津貼(早班1天$200、晚班1天$700)、加班費(依勞基法計算)、 交通津貼(每月補助依距離1,000~5,000)，月休假至少8天以上。 2. 如果是量產生產線輪班: 月薪+加班費+輪班津貼=每月實領薪資大約50,000~55,000) 3. 制度化三節獎金(端午、中秋及春節)。 4. 每年員工健康檢查。 5. 結婚及生育獎金合計$50,000。 (結婚$12,000、生育$16,000、小孩滿周歲$12,000、 小孩滿二周歲$10,000)(備註:生育不限幾胎)。 6. 餐費補助。 7. 免費工作衣鞋(外套、長短袖POLO衫、生產線安全鞋)。 8. 健全的勞動條件: 特休、加班費、勞基法規定假別、退休金、勞健保，均依勞基法。 9. 福委會福利: 員工旅遊/尾牙晚會/三節、生日、結婚、生育禮金。

1、生產設備、公共資產的保養預算計畫及執行與維修執行，確保設備高妥善率。 2、確保設備正常運作及故障在黃金時間內修繕排除。 3、具全廠設備管理及配置規劃能力。 4、具有領導能力及良好的溝通協調能力。 5、具有TPM，5S的瞭解及執行能力。 6、對PLC、PC控制、及空、油壓、機械自動化機構、保養維修有5年以上經驗。

1.廠內自動化設備與工具機之日常巡檢、預防保養與故障排除。 2.負責機台維修改裝零件加工製作（需具備車床、銑床操作能力）。 3.具備車床/銑床操作經驗
