Provide comprehensive delivery plan / demand vs supply analysis / logistic services to customer. 2. Coordinate internal planning team through front-end wafer to far-backend package to meet customer‘s delivery target of each configuration. 3. 1.蒐集並分析各產線製程數據，找出瓶頸與改善機會。 2.規劃並推動製程改善專案。(包含效率提昇、良率提昇、不良率下降、省力化、工程合併等工業工程活動。) 3.執行現場改善活動(Kaizen、5S、效率改善、設備稼動率提升。)

1.負責各生產線設備日常巡檢、點檢與保養。 2.規劃並執行預防保養計畫，降低突發故障停機率。 3.進行設備異常分析、改善及維修，確保生產穩定性與良率。 4.建立並更新設備履歷、保養紀錄及備品管理。

1、負責生產線機器、設備之操作，並維持機台正常運作。 2、進行製造現場的產品組裝、檢驗、包裝出貨等作業。 3、與其他作業員進行協調，以符合生產及程序標準。 4、填寫生產報表，以檢視與生產目標的距離。 5、完成主管交辦有關生產產品、程序事宜。
