The Etching Equipment Fab Technical Assistant will support the daily operation and maintenance of etching equipment in the fab, ensuring smooth production and quality control. This role requires hands-on experience with various etching-related tools and inspection processes. 【Job Description】 Perform routine inspections and maintenance on etching equipment, including Dry, Wet, Stripper, Implanter, and RTP tools. Manage material dispatching and ensure smooth equipment operation. Conduct Machine Quality Control (MQC), including particle and etching rate monitoring. Perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), covering AOI, CD, and Mura inspection. Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and optimize process performance. 【Key Qualifications】 Minimum 2 years of fab operation experience. Hands-on experience with etching equipment and inspection processes. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced fab environment. 【Education & Experience】 High school diploma or vocational school education and above.

• PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: leadership in the assigned products from concept to production by working closely with US-based design team, Wilson Asia team and suppliers. • SOLUTION FOCUSED: work closely with Asia-base Suppliers, act as the key contact to take the lead to address challenges that arise in the product development process from prototype to production. • VALIDATION: perform measurement and tests to ensure durability, reliability, and performance of golf equipment for prototypes, production and professional athletes’ samples. • DECISION MAKING: Helps the team to understand the feasibility and bottleneck very quickly while offering recommendations to Wilson to make resolution. • INNOVATION: Discover new technologies, manufacturing processes, or materials that may be integrated into Wilson product to enhance quality, performance and production consistency. • Other duties may be assigned by Manager.
