This role is embedded in the Factory Development & Projects team within our Global Operations Engineering group in Taiwan. 1.依據不同產品特性，按照指示流程，進行操作、研磨、檢驗與維修調整等工作 2.加工製程設計分析與改善 3.機台操作、例行性機台清潔維護、保養

1.對外文件處置（政府公文需求項目回覆、設備廠商接洽...等）。 2.確認現場單位生產流程執行，並協助排除異常。 3.協助協調、溝通、調度現場作業人員、產線機台，排除因人為因素致生產線之停頓。 4.按生產流程執行及優化流程 。 5.協助管理移工上班作息、安排工作、溝通協調。 6.協同工務單位，建立系統性保養及維修事務。 7.各項報表彙整、製作相關資料。 8.主管交辦事項。
