公司為美商晶片設計公司，位於新竹 Title: TA Sourcer • We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong sourcing expertise across APAC markets. This role is responsible for driving top-of-funnel recruitment activities, building high-quality pipelines, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet dynamic business needs. The ideal candidate has deep experience in sourcing for Singapore, Japan, South Korea, or broader APAC regions, with strong capabilities in managing direct applications, employee referrals, and technical/semiconductor talent pools. • Source, engage, and attract top talent across APAC markets through a variety of channels (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, networking, etc.). • Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates, ensuring alignment with business needs. • Conduct innovative research to support candidate outreach and build pipelines for weekday and weekend walk-in events. • Drive sourcing efforts for ad-hoc and niche business requests. • Manage disposition of direct applications for global regions, ensuring consistent and timely candidate updates. • Screen and track employee referral resumes, meeting established SLAs. • Track inbound applications and ensure proper alignment to relevant requisitions across APAC. • Act as a talent advisor, collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and TA partners. • Participate in key stakeholder meetings including weekly pipeline reviews, hiring debriefs, and alignment sessions. • Share timely insights on market talent availability, sourcing progress, and candidate quality.
