職責要求 1. 緊盯中油統包合約條款：熟讀該案合約、投標須知及《政府採購法》，找出對公司有利的條款。 2. 撰寫案場相關正式公文、收發文，保障公司權益 3. 審查案場相關水電、土木等下包商合約 4. 參與會議（爭議協調與權益爭取）：當現場進度落後、工期展延談不攏、或估驗計價（請款）被扣留時，陪同專案經理（PM）出席中油的協調會，從法律與合約角度進行攻防。 5. 變更設計談判：若提出合約外的追加需求，需在會議中主張這是「範疇變更」，堅持先完成議價變更程序再施作，防止公司做白工。 6. 控管會議紀錄：在現場與中油、監造召開的各類會議中，嚴格把關會議紀錄字眼，避免現場工程師在不知情的情況下口頭承諾或簽認不利於公司的文字。 任職資格 1.公共工程經驗、相關機構會議及擬公文經驗
