• Work with the assigned functional teams to track and coordinate all program deliverables, highlighting key program risks and putting mitigation plans in place. • Ensure material readiness and availability for New Product Introduction (NPI) or Mass Production(MP) builds. • Perform regular supply and demand analysis for active Bill of Materials (BOM). • Be able to foresee the risks and come up with solid and manageable mitigation plan. • Timely excess and obsolete (E&O) review with customers • Engage in process improvements to continually increase supply chain efficiency. • Interface with suppliers, internal cross functional teams to ensure flawless execution and support business goals and objectives. • Be the main contact point between internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Operations) and customers, external suppliers for all material related topics. • Responsible for these products: 1. 1. Build the team by recruiting, education, motivation and retaining to maintain the high performance level 2. Lead and manage the SCM team by setting targets and execution plan to drive the team to achieve targets 3. Develop and manage a fast, cost-effective and efficient multinational supply chains 4. Lead the team to establish local supply base and make best strategy and practice of SCM 5. Risk management of supply chain. 6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

1. Consolidate RFQ inputs, including BOM and cost analysis, and optimize the value/cost structure to maintain competitive margins. 2. Translate customer technical and commercial requirements into actionable internal projects, and negotiate key terms such as pricing, lead time, and payment conditions. 3. Track orders end-to-end from prototype and NPI through mass production, and continuously adjust the business forecast to meet revenue targets. 4. Monitor the North America AI server market, analyze competitors’product positioning and pricing strategies, and provide insights to the BD team for decision-making. 5. Serve as the cross-functional coordination hub—as the business point of contact, align Taiwan R&D, supply chain and procurement team to remove commercial blockers impacting profitability or delivery.

工作內容 協助依訂單與圖面安排生產流程。 協助外包廠商聯繫、發包、交期跟催。 追蹤材料、半成品、加工品進度。 協助安排每日現場人員工作，確認完成狀況。 協助包裝、出貨、庫存整理與進度紀錄。 發現缺料、延誤、品質異常時，主動回報主管。 完成主管交辦事項。 條件需求 有工廠、製造業、加工業、生管、廠務、採購、倉管、出貨經驗者佳。 會使用 Excel 或 Google 表單做基本紀錄。 願意與現場人員、外包廠商溝通。 做事細心、有責任感，能追蹤事情到完成。 不怕進現場，不是純辦公室行政工作。
