*Dedicate stay in Mexico Factory to assist the factory operation and ensure revenue goal. 1.Manage projects from RFQ to mass production, overseeing all aspects of the process. 2.Host internal and extern.al project meetings to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical and manufacturing issues. 3.Take on a leading role in the project, coordinating with all function teams to drive successful outcomes. 4.Possess a deep familiarity with electronic system development, and hold a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. 5.Familiarity with automotive industry standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 26262, and other relevant regulations would be considered a significant advantage.

•Manage the Automotive Contract Manufacturing (CM) project from RFQ to mass production, overseeing all aspects of the process. •Lead cross-functional teams to meet targets for schedule, milestones, build phases, cost, quality, and manufacturability. •Work with the R&D and Manufacturing (MFG) core teams to understand product requests and requirements. •Guide the execution of the project to ensure milestones and build phases are met, including budget control. •Manage and implement engineering changes. •Maintain strong partnerships with both customers and vendors. •Provide regular status updates to management. •Act as the interface between the R&D engineering team, the Manufacturing team, and customers.

1.Act as a bridge between HQ, factory and EMEA automotive customers, responsible for customer relationship maintenance, company/product introduction, technical support, and problem resolution. 2.Respond to customer technical inquiries, first hand analyze and bridge the team to solve various issues encountered during product application, covering technical, quality, delivery issues, and improve customer satisfaction. 3.Track the progress of the product implementation at the customer end, including trial use, validation, mass production stages, and assist in analyzing and solving mass production problems. 4.Collect market and customer needs, provide feedback to headquarter account manager, EPM, R&D, and assist in product optimization and new product planning. 5.Home office and travelling to customer in Europe per business needs

此職位負責自動化線監控應用軟體開發, 與中央系統資料庫管理, 需與IT協作MES系統, 參與資料庫架構的設計並提供建議, 開發相關應用平台。 1.主要負責導入生產自動化設備, 為了因應我司工業4.0方針, 進行自動化系統開發, 包含有自動化控制應用、視覺辨識系統、物流傳輸與中央監控系統。 2.軟體團隊目標旨在以進階通訊技術建立新型自動化系統與標準規範, 以大量複製至產線中使用。

1.品質管理系統活動推行與維護包含: IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 26262 / ISO 21434 / ASPICE。 2.規劃與維護品質政策、年度 KPI，確保系統與組織目標一致。 3.規劃並執行內、外部稽核活動。 4.擔任外部認證窗口，統籌稽核應對與矯正改善追蹤。主導相關文件、稽核準備、與改善追蹤。 5.確保與遠端製造工廠進行有效溝通。

-品質管理系統活動推行與維護 -系統文件、國家/國際/產業法規或標準，客戶標準資料維護管理 -汽車產業與客戶要求標準化推動與執行 -協調和促進項目管理的品質活動以及組織內的跨職能活動 -對設計/流程文件進行品質工程審查以符合規定的要求，包括品質記錄 -擁有對應內部/客戶/第三方稽核和車用品質系統認證稽核經驗尤佳 -確保與遠端製造工廠進行有效溝通，以防止和/或解決品質問題和客戶客訴
