Report any items in need of repair to the supervisor immediately, ensuring that the pool is free of defects before opening. 4. Assist customers in understanding safe swimming pool usage. Be familiar with department standard operating procedures and hotel regulations. 5. Stay informed about the latest hotel services, events, promotions, etc. 6. Carry out daily operations in the gym/spa, including sending used towels to the laundry, picking up clean towels, and ensuring the correct quantity and items are provided. 7.
