1、開發潛在客戶，拓展市場。 2、市場情報蒐集。 3、在團隊中負責與客戶確認商品價格、產品規格、交貨方式以及出貨排程，將專案信息傳達給各負責部門，透過溝通協調，將公司所能達成狀況與客戶需求尋求最佳化。 4、依據客戶所提供的Forecast排訂出貨計畫，並依據工廠狀況以及客戶實際需求做適當調整，定期了解客戶產線用料以及庫存狀況，達成客戶量產需求。 5、掌握經辦的專案各項進度，定期彙報主管以及同仁知曉目前進度與待辦事項，追蹤並管制專案執行成效。 6、與客戶保持良好互動，維繫穩定客戶關係，了解市場價格、技術需求以及競爭對手相關資訊，即時回報主管交辦事項執行成果以及客戶重點傳達信息。 7、定期製作預估營收報表以及更新最新的Forecast，回報各級長官目前營銷狀況，達成公司年度營運目標。 8、達成上級臨時交付任務與業績要求。

This role supports the company‘s business development efforts in the nuclear energy sector across Europe and North America, with a focus on market expansion, customer engagement, and partnership development. Key Responsibilities: ·Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the nuclear energy ecosystem across Europe and North America. ·Proactively engage prospective customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to establish and expand business relationships. ·Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, strategic partners, and key decision-makers. ·Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive developments. ·Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and business events to expand networks and generate business opportunities. ·Prepare business presentations, proposals, and partnership discussions. ·Coordinate cross-functional resources to support customer engagement and project execution. ·Support management in driving new market initiatives and business development projects. Qualifications Education : Bachelor‘s degree or above in Industrial Management(IEM), Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Languages, or related disciplines. Language Skills: ·Excellent English communication and presentation skills. ·Proficiency in German, French, or Italian is a plus. Preferred Profile: ·Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. ·Comfortable approaching new contacts and developing business opportunities from scratch. ·Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness. ·Interested in international markets and cross-cultural collaboration. ·Curious, adaptable, and able to quickly learn new industries, technologies, and business environments. ·Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
