We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Software Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our complex software development initiatives. You will be the pivotal link between technical teams, stakeholders, and business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. Key Responsibilities ● Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation schedules, and risk management strategies. ● Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, and business analysts) through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). ● Process Management: Drive adherence to project methodologies, focusing on Agile/Scrum practices. Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. ● Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communication, providing clear, frequent updates on progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to all stakeholders. ● Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success. ● Budget & Quality Control: Monitor project budget, managing scope creep and ensuring the final product meets established quality standards and business requirements. Required Qualifications ● Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years directly managing software development projects. ● Methodology Expertise: Proven mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience acting as a Scrum Master is highly desirable. ● Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical dependencies, and common software architecture concepts (e.g., APIs, microservices). ● Tools Proficiency: Expert use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) for tracking progress, managing backlogs, and reporting. ● Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification is highly preferred. ● Education: Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Responsibilities: 1. Product & Market Intelligence: • Become an expert in Garmin golf products, closely monitoring technology advancements and market trends. • Master all functions of the outdoor product and remain vigilant for potential opportunities or gaps between the product and its market. 2. Defining Market-Fit Unique Selling Points (USP) • Work closely with product and engineering experts to fully understand product features. • Define unique selling points to develop compelling product stories for communication purposes. 3. Training and Support: • Provide high-quality training, sales kits, competitor analysis, and essential content to the Asia marketing and sales teams. • Ensure key messages are communicated effectively to promote the product successfully. 4. New Product Launch Coordination: • Manage schedules for new product launches and coordinate the preparation of required assets. • Collaborate with the global team, marketing planners, and Marcom to execute launches effectively in Asia. 5. Internal and External Coordination: • Act as a central coordinator bridging engineering, marketing, and sales internally, while also aligning with IMC teams, regional marketing and sales teams across Asian offices, and the US headquarters, ensuring consistent messaging, smooth information flow, and timely execution across all stakeholders. Requirements : • Enthusiasm for golf activities is a plus. • Strong project management skills. • Excellent English communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities, with a willingness to openly discuss issues rather than leave them unresolved. • A strong drive for results with proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Project Coordination • Manage and coordinate marketing-related projects including campaign assets, product launch materials, and marketing content deliverables • Plan project timelines, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align project priorities and execution plans Marketing Asset Production Coordination • Coordinate the production and localization of marketing assets such as website content, campaign materials, and design deliverables • Work with design teams and regional teams to ensure asset requirements are clearly defined and delivered on time Cross-Regional Communication • Collaborate with regional marketing teams across multiple markets to consolidate feedback and align project execution • Serve as a communication bridge between global (US/ EMEA) teams and regional stakeholders Workflow Structuring & Process Improvement • Structure project workflows when processes are not clearly defined • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency • Help develop scalable workflows for recurring marketing operations Risk Management & Problem Solving • Identify project risks and dependencies early and propose solutions • Ensure key priorities are clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders Requirements • 3–4 years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or related roles • Experience coordinating marketing asset production (e.g., marketing materials, website content, or design deliverables) • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail • Strong structured thinking with the ability to organize complex information into clear workflows • Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, design, and HQ/EMEA teams • Professional English communication skills, as the role involves daily coordination with global and regional teams • Hands-on experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar tools) • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive projects forward independently Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with marketing or product launch projects • Experience coordinating with design or creative teams • Experience working in international or cross-regional environments • Experience improving internal workflows or operational processes
