We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Software Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our complex software development initiatives. You will be the pivotal link between technical teams, stakeholders, and business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. Key Responsibilities ● Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation schedules, and risk management strategies. ● Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, and business analysts) through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). ● Process Management: Drive adherence to project methodologies, focusing on Agile/Scrum practices. Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. ● Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communication, providing clear, frequent updates on progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to all stakeholders. ● Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success. ● Budget & Quality Control: Monitor project budget, managing scope creep and ensuring the final product meets established quality standards and business requirements. Required Qualifications ● Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years directly managing software development projects. ● Methodology Expertise: Proven mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience acting as a Scrum Master is highly desirable. ● Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical dependencies, and common software architecture concepts (e.g., APIs, microservices). ● Tools Proficiency: Expert use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) for tracking progress, managing backlogs, and reporting. ● Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification is highly preferred. ● Education: Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • 負責供應商品質異常處理（8D / CAPA），進行原因分析與改善追蹤 • 管理機構件供應商（CNC、沖壓、射出等）品質與製程能力 • 執行供應商稽核（QPA / QSA），提升品質系統與製程穩定度 • 參與新產品開發，審核PPAP / APQP等品質文件 • 主導不良品判定（MRB）及品質風險管控 具備 GD&T、MSA、Cpk 分析或機構加工經驗尤佳

1.根據 ISO規範，維護品質管理系統之運作。 2.分析統計資料以及產品規格，以決定成品的品質標準。 3.協助品質系統推行，並進行系統的稽核，以確保品質系統實施的有效性。 4.協調品質管理之目標和活動，負責生產線產品之抽樣檢驗與測試，以解決產品品質問題。 5.執行、測試可靠度驗證，提升產品品質可靠度，進而將成本降至最低。 6.負責品質教育訓練計劃之擬定與執行。 7.建立新產品品質系統，並執行驗證計劃。 8.主管交辦事項。

工作項目： 1. Responsible for product line quality throughout the development phases, from planning to mass production. 2. Product development quality (APQP) assurance including joint reviews, coordinator of quality issues to closure and fan-out. 3. DFMEA assurance. 4. Host continual improvement program and monitor the progress on a regular basis. 5. CAR and RM (risk management) review and tracking. 6. Process audit and action tracking. 7. Project handling. 應徵條件： 1. Bachelor or above of science degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. 2. Specialization or related experience in the area of system-level Firmware / Software development with a minimum of 5 years of work experience. 3. Experience in project management is a plus. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment. 5. Good written and verbal communication skills with both customers and internal teams. 6. Experience from 1st tier ODM company is highly preferred. 7. Experience with ASPICE, Functional Safety, Cyber Security is a plus.
