本職務為生產製造儲備幹部，培養具備製藥產線操作與品質意識之專業人才，負責針劑製程操作與協助作業流程優化，確保生產品質與效率符合法規。 主要工作內容： 1.執行針劑生產製程作業（如調劑、充填、滅菌、選別及包裝等設備操作）。 2.負責生產設備及作業環境之清潔、維護與基本保養。 3.依規範完成生產批次紀錄填寫與相關文件作業。 4.遵循 PIC/S GMP 及 SOP 標準，確保生產流程符合品質與法規要求。 5.其他主管交辦事項。

本職務負責製藥廠生產設備與附屬系統之維護、驗證與改善專案，確保設備運作穩定、符合 GMP 與法規要求，並支援生產製程順利運行。 主要工作內容： 一、設備維護與保養管理 規劃並執行生產設備及附屬系統之定期保養與即時故障排除，確保產線穩定運作。 二、設備驗證與校正作業 負責設備驗證（DQ／IQ／OQ／PQ）、儀器校正與電腦系統驗證，確保符合法規要求。 三、新設備導入與專案管理 參與新設備導入專案，包含 URS 撰寫、FAT／SAT、監工、驗收及交接。 四、製程優化與 CAPA 改善 進行設備異常分析，提出 CAPA，推動製程優化、節能與效率提升專案。 五、文件管理與法規合規 建立與維護 SOP、驗證與維修紀錄，支援內外部稽核與主管機關查核。 六、跨部門協作與其他支援 與製造、品保及外部廠商協作，支援教育訓練、ERP 系統作業及主管交辦事項。
