安全主任將協助安全經理領導團隊保護其指定的場域、資產和人員。處理醫療事故、撰寫事件報告、與各部門聯繫並提供所要之的相關資訊。 1.管理酒店的安全監控室營運，並安排酒店內外各區域的定期巡邏。 2.確保酒店內外部人員皆遵守地方法律和酒店所制定的政策及程序，以維持安保的最高標準。 3.每日檢查各項監視器系統、電子安全設備和火災警報系統。 4.根據酒店政策與程序對各項事件、犯罪或可疑人物進行調查。 5.監督並指導團隊成員執行所有安全和保全程序。確保同事嚴格遵守規定並針對違反之部分提出罰則。 6.規劃並定期進行消防安全演習以及火災危機與風險管理評估。 7.主持部門會議並安排每週的部門行事曆。 8.處理、回應及匯報任何事件，並保存各事件報告的彙整。 9.處理任何醫療事件，並在必要時向相關單位通報。 10.以友善和熱情的態度協助顧客、訪客、同事、供應商及合作夥伴。 11.確保工作區域保持整潔有序。 12.向相關部門回報任何問題或損壞，以確保館內的各項設施及服務沒有任何缺陷。 13.充分了解富比士服務標準對於提供卓越審計和服務績效的重要性。 14.與各部門維持緊密的工作關係，以確保營運上的有效溝通，成為部門間合作的榜樣。 15.嚴格遵守酒店所制定的部門營運標準、政策及程序。 The Security Supervisor aids the Manager, Security to lead the security team in protecting assigned premises, assets, and personnel. The individual is expected to handle medical incidents, compile incident reports, liaise with and provide relevant information requested by other departments. 1.Oversees the hotel’s security control and carry out regular patrols of all areas surrounding and within the hotel compound. 2.Uphold the highest standard of safety and security by ensuring that all internal and external personnel adhere to the policies and procedures set by the local law and the hotel. 3.Monitors and perform assessment checks of CCTV surveillance, all electronic security devices and fire alarm systems daily. 4.Conduct investigation of all incidents, crime or suspicious characters according to the policies and procedures set by the hotel. 5.Manage and coach all team members on all the safety and security procedures. Ensures strict compliance and advise on the consequences should they fail to comply. 6.Plan and execute fire safety, emergency exercises, fire hazard and evacuation plans on a timely basis. 7.Conduct team briefings and manage weekly schedules for security teams. 8.Manage, respond to and report incidents whilst keeping a compilation of all incident reports. 9.Handle all medical incidents and report to relevant authorities where necessary. 10.Assist guests, visitors, colleagues, suppliers and all public associates while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude. 11.Ensures that working areas are kept neat, organized and clean at all times. 12.Report any defects or work orders to the relevant department to ensure defect-free and safe operation of facilities and services for all guests and colleagues. 13.Recognizes the importance of Forbes standards as to deliver excellent service performance. 14.Maintains strong working relationships with other departments to ensure effective communications for operational issues, serves as a role model for inter-departmental collaboration and support. 15.Complies strictly to all departmental operating standards, policies and procedures set by the hotel.

安全部經理在確保酒店同事、財產和資產安全方面發揮關鍵領導作用。該人員負責控管安全部的日常運作。安全部經理同時也主理風險管理委員會，並確保所有人員遵守各項工作場所、消防與健康安全相關的政策及程序。 1.負責監控安全部的日常營運。在消防安全預防、危機和緊急應變整備計畫上領導團隊。 2.主持酒店的風險管理委員會會議，持續更新與改善風險與危機管理政策和程序。 3.規劃並定期進行消防安全演習以及火災危機與風險管理評估。 4.指導同事各項酒店相關緊急應變措施及消防安全政策和程序。 5.與當地的緊急應變機構及執法機構建立並保持緊密關係。 6.導入並執行「緊急情況和危機管理計畫」程序，確保全區域安全及全體同事皆能保持警戒，及時回報任何可疑情況及事件。 7.導入訪客和承包商許可證和安全檢查程序及酒店的預防損失指南。 8.制定並監控火災警報系統、緊急廣播系統、門禁系統、監視器設備、出入口、定點巡邏和救生系統的每日、每周和每月檢查表，以確保它們充分發揮作用。 9.規劃定點巡邏時間表並確保其涵蓋酒店內部和外部區域。 10.監控並追蹤酒店內及周遭任何可能危及顧客、同事和第三方福祉的異常或犯罪行為。 11.負責處理所有消防和安全相關之訴願，解決爭端、化解不滿和衝突，以及負責同事紀律處分的處置。 12.激勵團隊成員並建立嘉佩樂標準、酒店相關產品知識、客房標準以及與全體同事共同合作。 13.向相關部門回報任何問題或損壞，以確保館內的各項設施及備品沒有任何缺陷。 The Security Manager holds a key leadership in ensuring the safety and security of all hotel personnel and property assets. The individual is responsible for the overall management of daily operations of the Security department. The Security Manager also champions the risk management committee and ensuring that all personnel complies with all policies and procedures relating to workplace, fire and health safety. 1. Manages and oversees the daily operations of the Security department. Leading the team in administering Fire & Safety prevention, Crisis and Emergency preparedness programs. 2. Lead the hotel‘s Risk Committee meetings in ensuring continuous improvement and an up-to-date risk and crisis management policies and procedures. 3. Plan and conduct fire safety, emergency exercises, fire hazard and risk management assessments on a timely basis. 4. Coaches and mentors team members on the hotel’s Crisis & Emergency and Fire & Life Safety policies and procedures. 5. Build and maintain strong network and relations with the local emergency, law and enforcement authorities. 6. Focuses on ensuring guests, owner and colleagues Fire & Life Safety satisfaction while achieving the operating P&L /budget. 7. Ensures that all hotel personnel including guests comply with the hotel’s policies, local laws and regulations relating to safety and security. 8. Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly checklist for Fire Alarm System, Emergency Public Announcement Systems, Key Control, CCTV equipment, Access doors, Patrolling and Life Saving to ensure that they are fully functional. 9. Plan patrols schedule and ensures that all internal and external areas of the hotels are well covered. 10. Monitors and follows up on an unusual or a criminal activity in and around the hotel that would impair the well-being of guests, colleagues and third parties. 11. Supports, manages and handles all Fire and Life Safety complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, as well as colleagues disciplinary should such occasion arise. 12. Encourages and motivate team members and builds Capella Standards, Hotel’s product knowledge, Room standards and cooperation with Rooms Division and all hotel‘s colleagues. 13. Report any issues or damages to the relevant department to ensure defect-free facilities and service amenities within the hotel.
