◇ Job Summary The Linguist is responsible for producing high-quality, accurate translations of technical documents, and for revising these documents where necessary. The Linguist reports to the relevant Team Lead or Expert Linguist. ◇ Essential Functions • Translating, machine translation post-editing and revising documents • Operating translation technology tools to improve efficiency • Formatting all translated documents following requirements • Utilizing reference materials • Reviewing and giving approval to any changes to translated documents after they have been proofread and edited • Giving feedback on translated or post-edited text in the form of a quality score • Carrying out terminology management as required • Providing some training to new members of staff once fully trained themselves, if required • Performing other special projects or duties when required ◇ Work Environment and Physical Demands No extreme physical demands beyond what is standard. ◇ Other Information This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work for this position; it is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications. 1. 撰寫保險公證報告之相關文書處理。 2. 接聽電話.英文翻譯. 3. 處理國外業務相關事宜，業務聯絡、書信往來、外國文書資料處理等 4. 整理簽核文件及發送，並負責追蹤執行狀況，隨時掌控進度。 5. 負責會議安排與通知，製作會議記錄並追蹤處理決議事項。 6. 負責行政事務流程之溝通、整合及規劃。 7. 其他主管交辦事項。

1. 重要會議中英文即時口譯(需同步、逐字翻譯能力)。 2. 英文書信/報告翻譯與回覆。 3. 協助翻譯會議紀錄並追蹤處理決議事項。 4. 配合高階主管出差行程，並擔任隨行口譯。 5. 配合主管及團隊臨時工作項目。
