Key Responsibilities: The CRM Specialist / Supervisor is responsible for customer data management by establishing simple and effective processes to collect, verify, maintain, and govern customer data across multiple customer-related platforms. Additionally, he/she is responsible for delivering frontline metrics within customer data domain to drive superior customer engagement and data quality. Job Description: Primary: Customer Data Management: Manage and ensure integrity and validity of customer data across all customer-related platforms . Implement and maintain ONEHCP data solution. Qualifications/skills: Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, Economics (incl. statistics) or related field. Strong data and analytical skills and experience with reporting tools such as Qlik, Power BI and Tableau.
