- Manage sales channels for consumer printers and label printers, ensuring effective execution of business strategies. - Collaborate closely with PM team and distributors to implement company and departmental strategies, achieving channel sales targets and market share goals. - Prepare, develop, and deliver marketing and sales materials, presentations, and activities to support business operations. - Conduct competitive analysis within the channel, including competitors‘ data analysis, and propose actionable solutions. - Communicate Epson Consumer Printing Solution product and channel strategies to dealers, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding. - Sales target-oriented, with clear numerical logic.

1. 零售/不動產市場資訊收集及商圈調查作為出店評估依據。 2. 新店開發包含商場及店面開發評估、洽談、審批報告製作、經營層/董事會核准報告、合約談判、簽約及後續追蹤。 3. 店舖資產管理包含租賃關係維護、續約談判、相關物業管理事宜。 4. 各部門間合作事宜，與設計部、營業部、財務部及行銷部門緊密合作，以取得店舖及公司最大利益。 5. 其他事件處理包含店舖漏水、商損談判、客訴解決、緊急事件處理。 6. 定期製作相關報告及分析。 7. 透過對品牌的喜愛，將品牌精神傳達出去。

・Develop marketing strategy on all aspects of activities; including campaign, advertising (online and offline), store oriented sales promotion activities. ・ Responsible for local projects, including external/in-store events, digital contests/games, content creation with KOLs/celebrities. ・Coordination of global marketing campaigns across all bought media and owned media channels. Responsible for local projects; including opening support, material booking and production follow up ・Handle bilingual productions/ proof reading/ adaptations; including all campaign related and marketing materials, social media platforms, and internal office/ in-store material. ・Co-work with tram to deepdive consumer insight and link the insight to marketing campaign. ・Control A&P management. Requirement: ・At least 8 years’ experience as marketer in the retail, apparel, cosmetics or FMCG industry. ・Have worked with vendors, including creative agency/production house/ media agency/ department stores/research house. ・University degree or above, major in business or marketing/communication is preferred. ・Capability in English or Japanese; both spoken and written. ・Excellent Microsoft Office skills. ・Good communication skills, commercial mindset, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, willing to take initiative, ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and good collaboration cross function. ・Experience as management role is preferred. ★本公司共通條件 ・俱服務熱忱者 ・認同UNIQLO之經營理念與品牌精神者 ・想從事服飾零售業者
