You want to design, implement, and oversee high-performing, secure, and scalable systems—both on-premises and in the cloud, so you can ensure business continuity, support global operations, and drive strategic IT excellence. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment—balancing hands-on technical leadership with vendor management and strategic planning. You’ll lead a team that supports essential platforms like ERP, POS, ECOM, and CRM, while ensuring our infrastructure meets the highest standards of availability, performance, and security. IT Supervisor, Taiwan Your responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a high-performing infrastructure team. • Own and optimize core services: servers, storage, networking, backup, and monitoring. • Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure architectures. • Ensure uptime through proactive monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery. • Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to enforce security and compliance. • Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA performance. • Support critical business applications and ensure smooth operations. • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks. • Be the go-to person for infrastructure escalations and strategic improvements. Your ideal Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role. • Solid hands-on knowledge of networking, MS Windows admin., and virtualization. • Familiarity with ITIL framework, change management, and incident handling best practices. • Proven experience in POS, ECOM, CRM, and digital solution • Knowledge in IT integration technologies, such as API, FTP etc. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills. • Fluent in Chinese and English (written and verbal).

工作內容 1.憑證審核與帳務處理：協助審核各類會計憑證，並執行相關帳務登錄與整理。 2.協助編製報表：支援報表的彙整與初步製作作業。 3.參與數位化專案：配合團隊推動會計流程自動化與數位轉型，參與建置與測試等相關工作。 4.其他主管交辦事項：配合主管安排，完成交付的臨時性或專案性任務。 人選條件 1.學歷背景：大學商學院相關科系之大三、大四學生，或就讀碩士班者。 2.課程要求：須已修習過初級會計學課程，具備基本會計知識與概念。 3.人格特質：做事細心、耐心，具良好的責任感與團隊合作精神。 4.實習時間：每週至少能配合實習20小時以上(可於面試視實際工作內容調整)。

1.判定硬體及作業系統與應用程式之問題，依一般資訊專業通例或SOP進行問題排除。 2.執行弱電工程(監視器/電信系統 /網路/門禁)之規劃、請購及驗收，並進行上線後維運與系統狀態監控管理。 3.執行電腦/週邊/應用軟體/網路之請購、安裝、設定、問題處理、調整、送修、升級與報廢等工作。 4.執行Windows Server AD使用者帳號及權限相關作業工作。 5.執行電腦作業系統之安全更新以及各項資安防護系統與網路管理系統之維護設定與運作。 6.執行資訊部門內部各項系統之作業要求。 7.制定/修定各項資訊作業之SOP，並依實際作業之內容適時提案修訂。
