The Head of APS is responsible for the end to end management of the application and platform landscape, covering production environment system BAU (Business As Usual), infrastructure, and information security operations. The role oversees vendor relationships, budget planning, and team leadership while ensuring alignment with group wide standards and strategic objectives. Strong English communication skills are essential for effective interaction with corporate stakeholders and external partners, and a solid project management mindset is required to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead, mentor, and develop a cross functional team (system engineers, infra & security specialists, BAU analysts). 2. Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), conduct periodic reviews, and manage escalations. 3. Prepare the annual APS budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost effective delivery of services. 4. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL/ITSM best practices. 5. Define and maintain the target infrastructure roadmap (cloud, on premise, hybrid). 6. Work closely with the security function to embed security controls, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements into all APS activities. 7. Champion major transformation or migration projects (e.g., cloud adoption, platform modernization). 8. Apply project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile) to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. 9. Serve as the primary point of contact for group level technology committees, auditors, and business owners. 10. Drive automation, DevOps, and observability initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

1. Tactical Asset Allocation • Analyze, justify, and propose tactical allocations within strategic limits; obtain approvals from investment committees. • Continuously monitor benchmark performance and market intelligence; adjust proposals as markets evolve. • Build a robust market intelligence platform to keep the strategy competitive locally. • Challenge BNPPAM decisions to optimize performance while respecting the risk envelope. 2. Process & Governance • Design and formalize the tactical investment process and related procedures. • Produce presentation material, investment relevant reports, and ad hoc studies for internal and external stakeholders (Cardif Vie TW, RO, HO, BNPPAM). • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, governance, and delegation requirements. • Streamline investment processes for efficiency given limited resources. 3. Stakeholder Interaction • Daily coordination communication with BNPPAM, HO IIN, FIN and ALM. • Maintain up to date investment guidelines for each segregated fund and align them with long term ALM constraints. • Monitor short term cash flows and coordinate disposals with FIN to respect budgeted financial trajectories. • Support FIN in communicating investment operations to stakeholders. • Support business/product develops and within investment perimeter. 4. Managerial Role • Build and lead a high performing GF Management & Tactical Steering team. • Cooperate with ALM leader to Identify and develop future investment in SAA/TAA. • Foster collaborative, constructive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
