1. 負責賣場門市營運管理、各店績效目標及業務達成。 2.營運財務控管(現金管理、營業報表分析、營運成本的控管)。 3.人員領導與管理(工作指導、人力調度、人力成本管控)。 4.門市產品進銷存管理。 5.新進人員報到當天需繳交餐飲業(近3個月供膳項目)體檢合格證明。 6.薪資: 月薪$38,000元~$44,000元(久任獎金6,000元/每三個月，最多9個月) 另外每月有達標獎金2,000元~20,000元 (含全勤，每月7日發薪,遇假日提早)加班費另計。 7.依門市需求配合輪調早晚班。 早班:06:30~15:30；晚班:14:30~22:30 8.休假:排休制(依人事行政局公告每月可休假天數為主)，過年除夕～初三固公休 9.勞基法保障權益(勞健保、6％退休金提撥)，另外:二節禮品、三節禮品、春酒活動、聚餐、集團購物優惠、團保、年度健康檢查。

1.具 5 年以上機電與消防工程管理經驗，能獨當一面領導工程部團隊。 2.負責 MEP 五大系統（電力/給排水/弱電/空調/消防）與無塵室工程整合管理。 3.熟練使用 AutoCAD 進行圖面檢討與修改，並具備優異的識圖估算能力。 4.統籌工程量統計、報價編製及進度表控管，確保專案利潤目標達成。 5.全面監督現場施工品質、界面處理、試車驗收及缺失改善追蹤。 6.整合工程師與協力商意見溝通，並落實職安衛（HSE）最高要求。 7.控管業主計價、廠商材料審查及政府機電審批作業流程。 8.具備高度責任感，並能配合專案需求派駐當地。

職務說明: 1. 負責接案工程發包及成本預算控制。 2. 負責分項工程現場指揮。 3. 負責分包商施工之監督與評估。 4. 依據施工圖進行工程檢討與審查。 5. 控管施工進度與品質。 6. 執行分項工程及安全衛生自主檢查。 7. 負責進場物料的驗收、檢驗與堆置管理。 8. 協調工程事務與勞務。 9. 製作、整理、保存施工紀錄與文件資料。 必備條件: 具私人建案、廠辦或科技廠房管理實務經驗

Education and Experience Required: · Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in Electrical Engineering. Requirements: · More than 5 years of experience in hardware design with successful delivery to market.
