We are looking for a backend-focused Fullstack Engineer to become a key player in our team. Your primary focus will be developing and maintaining backend services with Go, while also contributing to frontend development using React and TypeScript. You will help build, enhance, and maintain efficient and scalable web applications, contribute to the transformation of our current Angular 9 application to React, and collaborate with other teams in an agile and iterative development environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go. • Build integrations between backend services, databases, external systems, and frontend applications. • Improve the performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of backend applications. • Monitor application performance and system health, and troubleshoot technical issues when needed. • Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript. • Contribute to the transformation of our current Angular 9 web application to React. • Build reusable and maintainable frontend components and user interfaces. • Set up and maintain GitHub-based deployment pipelines to automate application and service deployments. • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices. • Work in an agile, cross-functional team where collaboration is key and development is iterative. Required Skills: • Strong professional experience developing backend services and APIs with Go. • A solid understanding of how to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend applications. • Proven ability to integrate backend services with databases and other applications. • Confidence in diagnosing application issues and improving system performance and reliability. • Practical experience contributing to frontend application development. • Familiarity with modern frontend development practices and component-based architecture. • Ability to integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs. • Comfortable working with Git and automated deployment workflows. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in an agile, cross-functional team. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice to Have: • Familiarity with AWS or another major cloud platform. • Hands-on experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases. • Knowledge of Kafka, asynchronous communication, or event-driven architectures. • Previous involvement in migrating frontend applications from Angular to React. • Practical knowledge of GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools. • Exposure to infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform. • A good understanding of microservice architectures and their integration patterns. Interview Process 1. First Interview – Online An interview with HR and a Senior Software Engineer, conducted in Mandarin and English. The interview will cover both behavioral and technical topics. 2. Second Interview – Online An interview with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, and team members, conducted in English. The session will cover technical topics and provide an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other. 3. Final Interview – On-site A conversation with the General Manager, conducted in Mandarin and English, offering both sides an opportunity to get to know each other.
