We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Software Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our complex software development initiatives. You will be the pivotal link between technical teams, stakeholders, and business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. Key Responsibilities ● Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation schedules, and risk management strategies. ● Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, and business analysts) through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). ● Process Management: Drive adherence to project methodologies, focusing on Agile/Scrum practices. Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. ● Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communication, providing clear, frequent updates on progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to all stakeholders. ● Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success. ● Budget & Quality Control: Monitor project budget, managing scope creep and ensuring the final product meets established quality standards and business requirements. Required Qualifications ● Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years directly managing software development projects. ● Methodology Expertise: Proven mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience acting as a Scrum Master is highly desirable. ● Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical dependencies, and common software architecture concepts (e.g., APIs, microservices). ● Tools Proficiency: Expert use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) for tracking progress, managing backlogs, and reporting. ● Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification is highly preferred. ● Education: Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Job Description Corporate Banking provides corporate and asset management customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, liquidity management, trade finance, working capital finance, term/revolving loans as well as corporate wealth product includes UT, bond, SIP, SN, DCI and T&M(FX, derivatives) products. Responsibilities • Solicit and develop new relationships. • Customer relationship management to spot new business opportunities, understand customers‘ requirements, structure deal and proper evaluation of risks to achieve a balance stance for the customer and bank. • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them. • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team. • Corp. wealth and T&M revenue, more diverse products knowledge and revenue generation abilities aside from Corp. loan. • Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of accounts to achieve optimum utilization rate and profitability as well as timely submission of account review. • Evaluate the credit-worthiness of customers and recommends appropriate proposal taking into account the Bank‘s objectives, customer‘s requirement and overall market conditions and industry trends • Ensure timely submission of RFP (Request for proposal), pitches, meeting deal execution timelines, preparation for credit memos and supervision reports • Prepare financial models with P&L, B/S & cash-flow projections based on sound business and market assumptions • Underwrite report by proper identifying of significant risks and mitigating factors. • Proactive monitoring and management of accounts, being alert to credit deterioration or improvement, and taking timely action including elevation to senior bankers and credit • Ensure compliance of mandatory banking processes. • Perform KYC and conduct customer due diligence. • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively • Liaise with Corporate Banking various department (such as Credit & Credit Control, T&M, Operations and other Product Groups) to achieve a smooth workflow in the processing of customer‘s request.
