Job Summary:
This Assistant Director role is responsible for leading talent acquisition processes; ensuring safe recruitment practices; managing onboarding programs, employee leave processes, staff calendars, and work schedules; and overseeing all aspects of substitute employee administration. This includes managing substitution systems, substitute payroll processes, performance evaluations, and related communications. The role ensures compliance with school policies and legal requirements while supporting strategic HR initiatives related to staffing, workforce planning, and the overall employee experience.

This position seeks candidates with experience leading HR functions, preferably within an international school or multicultural setting, with a proven track record of managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
Candidates should also demonstrate experience supervising team members, including instructing, coaching, advising, and evaluating staff, as well as addressing performance or personnel matters in a timely, fair, and equitable manner.
Work schedule: 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM; Monday – Friday, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
