1. Assist the sales manager in developing and maintaining relationships with overseas (India) suppliers and existing clients. 2. Manage inquiries, quotations, price negotiations, and order processing. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction after sales, including handling complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining customer trust in the company and sales representatives. 4. Develop the overseas market (India) and actively promote products. 5.
