The Senior Accounts Executive/ Accountant (Receivable) is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end accounts receivable process across the APAC region comprising of Singapore, Philippines, India, and Australia and New Zealand. This includes overseeing regional accounts receivable activities, collections, recognition, and coordination with cross-functional and country finance teams. The role supports manages credit control and ensures compliance with accounting policies across all entities in the region. This role will report to Regional Finance Manager based in Singapore. 【Key Responsibilities】 • Manage the end-to-end AR process across multiple entities in the region. • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and posting of customer receipts. • Monitor and analyze AR aging; follow up with local teams and customers to ensure timely collections. • Review and resolve discrepancies, credit notes, and unapplied cash items. • Perform customer account reconciliations and maintain accurate AR sub-ledgers. • Support month-end closing (revenue cut-off, bad debt provision, AR reporting, etc). • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve billing or payment disputes. • Support internal and external audits related to receivables. • Support process improvements and automation end-to-end accounts receivable process across the APAC region.
