Job Summary:
Janman Precision seeks a motivated and confident International Sales Representative for our Taoyuan, Taiwan team. This role is crucial for expanding our global market presence and building strong client relationships. The representative will identify new business opportunities in North America or Europe, manage existing accounts, and achieve sales targets in international markets. This position acts as a key technical interface, translating customer needs to our engineering teams and vice versa, within a dynamic environment that offers learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research and cold outreach (phone calls).
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.
• Understand client‘s technical requirements and provide tailored solutions based on our product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to confirm project feasibility and ensure customer success.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations; negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer
value.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis.
• Maintain sales records and provide sales activity reports.
• Occasional international travel may be required.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for internal and client communication.
• Fluency in English or another European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian) for assigned markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Research and independent learning skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; candidates with an aptitude for learning technical products are welcome.
Work Environment:
• On-location position at our Taoyuan, Taiwan factory.
• Mandarin Chinese is the primary language of communication.
• Fast-paced Taiwanese work environment with clear communication and
responsibilities.
