職責要求 1) Assures availability of all resources necessary to operate the unit, including adequate direct labor, technical and maintenance resources, and all other required direct support. 2) Coordinates with production planner and the shop floor staffs, schedule sequencing and load leveling in the shop floor. 3) Drive all Lean activities within the Value Stream including 5S, Process Mapping, Flow Methods (Pull, Kanban), Standard Work and Visual Management. Employs lean manufacturing practices to improve manufacturing operations, reduce scrap, improve efficiencies, and reduce cycle times. Implements process control improvements to reduce product variability. 4) Collaborate with Quality, Technical Services, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Human Resources to ensure achievement of high-quality products, production plans to meet customer service, manufacturing cost objectives, new product commercialization launches, machine reliability and performance improvements. 5) Coordinate problem solving activity including root cause analysis and corrective action. Uses relevant quality tools to troubleshoot recurring issues and eliminate root cause process failures. 6) Accountable for the contact between the value stream and external stakeholders, including supply chain, planner, technical services, quality or engineering teams, to quickly communicate problems in delivery, quality or process flow. 7) Administer plant policies in a firm, fair and consistent manner. Conduct regular meetings with all employees to ensure good, teamwork and cooperation throughout the manufacturing operation and between facilities and functions. 8) Mentors and develops direct reports and the entire Value Stream Team. Listens, supports, engages and encourages employee suggestions and input to achieve excellent results while driving a culture of accountability. 職責要求 •Management responsibility for the Taiwan engineering design team covering mechanical, electrical and software engineering disciplines. •Management, work planning, scheduling and review of work, as appropriate to ensure on time completion of work as required through the department. •Active participation with key business stakeholders on defining & driving the company‘s product, design and innovation roadmap. •Definition, setting, monitoring and control of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department. •Participation in the setting of department budget and managing to budget with monthly/quarterly & annual reviews. •Recruitment of Taiwan engineering team members as needed •Management and technical involvement of multiple concurrent multi-disciplinary projects with regular review, prioritizing and reporting to all stakeholders, resulting in on-time and on-budget completion. •Management and technical involvement of design reviews and key milestones delivery. •Oversee feasibility analysis, project scoping, resource planning and cost estimating for team‘s activities. •Ensuring specification and design of equipment is managed through the gated design process and that the design meets the agreed requirements in relation to design for manufacture, sourcing and assembly •Ensuring full certification of the design (UKCA, CE, UL e.t.c.) as required per the specification •Oversee and approve the technical output of the department ensuring compliance with specifications and appropriate regulatory requirements. •Ensuring designs are optimized (i.e. not excessively over or under engineered).
