The Duty Manager assists the Front Office Manager in managing the daily operations of the Front Office department. The individual is responsible for ensuring team member‘s productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment. 1. Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in/out, accurate billing, and seamless room assignments. 2. Provide exceptional guest service by handling VIP guests, special requests, and resolving service issues efficiently. 3. Support and drive GHA membership enrollment, enhancing guest loyalty and engagement. 4. Monitor financial procedures, including cash handling, receipts, and audit compliance in coordination with the Finance team. 5. Conduct night and day managerial duties, ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and operational excellence. 6. Lead, coach, and motivate the Front Office team to deliver Forbes-level service and maintain strong interdepartmental collaboration. 7.
