Description: You will play a key role in specifying, designing, developing, validating and releasing key functional test stations for factory Mass Production use. Partition tests across module, sub-assembly, and system level that is optimized for cycle time, yield, cost, and risk. Responsibilities: Designing, developing instrumentation hardware, software & firmware platforms required to test and calibrate product key functional modules Prototyping, bring-up, debug and characterization of instruments for AR/VR products Preparing and delivering tester’s technical documentations and presentations Establish acceptance criteria, guard-bands, and GR&R plans; drive DFT/DFM/DFX with design teams Vendor liaison, including supporting instrumentation bring up and qualification that meet project timelines

1.Monitor applications in real time and handle abnormalities or errors. 2.Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to maintain system stability. 3.Support application optimization and small-scale development tasks. 4.Write and update maintenance process documentation, providing operational guidelines and best practices. 5.Monitor and maintain servers, networks, storage, and application systems to ensure high availability and stable operations. 6.Quickly diagnose, isolate, and resolve system and network issues, escalating incidents when necessary to minimize operational impact. 7.Perform scheduled maintenance, including system updates, patching, backups, and hardware checks. 8.Collaborate with IT, manufacturing, and engineering teams to align maintenance work with business objectives and drive improvement initiatives. 9.Document maintenance activities, incident handling, and solutions, generating reports for the day-shift team and management review. 10.Assist with system upgrades, new infrastructure deployments, and testing/monitoring of automated processes. 11.Participate in rotating day/night shifts to ensure 24/7 system availability. 12.Provide guidance and support to less-experienced team members when required.

As an New Product Tech Project Manager (NPT PM), your goals are to drive Material Clear-to-Build, resolve all supply chain logistics issues without impacting the project schedule, and provide logistic solutions to the project team. • Point-to-Point planning and tracking of Engineering Bill of Materials • Identify and resolve all supply issues, including material shortages, logistics issues (custom delay, flight disruption, etc.) • Analyze and ensure production material readiness for Clear-to-Build (CTB) • Drive day-to-day supply status to meet program milestones • Establish and optimize logistics process across worldwide supply chains • Communicate logistics status and risks across cross-functional and global teams • Manage suppliers from various tiers across supply chain 【Minumum Qualifications】 • Bachelor‘s degree in any Engineering or Supply Chain management field or equivalent • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain and program management or electronic manufacturing environment • Proficiency in both oral and written communication in English and Mandarin • Excellent analytical skill and problem-solving skill • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals 【Preferred Qualifications】 • Familiarity with customs clearance requirements and international trade terms • Experience in technology industry, electronic manufacturing, or new product program management is preferred • Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong work ethic and a high degree of flexibility • Fluent in Korean or Vietnamese is a plus
