1. Infrastructure Management and Set up: a) Maintain and upgrade servers, networks, computers, and cloud systems. b) Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems. 2. System Administration & Support: a) Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, connectivity). b) Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and applications. 3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection: a) Implement security policies, firewalls, antivirus, and data backup solutions. b) Prevent and respond to cybersecurity incidents. 4. Develop AI gait control technologies for smart quadruped robots (robot dogs), covering motor control communication, simulation environment construction, and real-world field testing. Key responsibilities include: 1. Reinforcement Learning & Simulation Environment Construction: - Construct high-fidelity simulation environments in NVIDIA Omniverse / Isaac Sim based on project requirements. - Apply Reinforcement Learning (RL) or Knowledge Distillation techniques to train gait and motion strategies for quadruped robots. - Responsible for Sim2Real verification to ensure successful transfer from simulation to reality. 2. Hardware Control & System Integration: - Responsible for motor control communication development and testing, including protocol implementation (e.g., CAN, EtherCAT, RS-485) and driver development. - Perform system integration for physical robots based on the ROS2 architecture, ensuring real-time communication between low-level drivers and high-level decision modules. - Execute functional verification and performance tuning of the robot in real-world environments. 3. Swarm Intelligence & Multi-Robot Collaboration: - Research multi-robot collaboration mechanisms. - Develop formation control and collaborative algorithms for swarms of quadruped robots.

• Responsible for the design, R&D, and verification of robot structures and transmission systems, particularly for robotic arms, end-effectors, and joint modules. • Assist the department head in the mechanical design and validation of robots (including arms, AMRs, and main body structures). Perform mechanical configuration, component selection, modeling, and 2D/3D drawing creation based on product requirements. • Support dynamic simulation and inverse kinematics analysis to assist control and software teams in performance optimization. • Participate in prototype fabrication, machining and supplier communication, assembly, and testing; provide design improvement recommendations. • Conduct innovative design and implementation of new materials and mechanical structures based on technological development directions.
