本職缺強力召募深度學習演算法開發、嵌入式系統整合優化人才，工作內容如下說明，具備任一領域專長者即歡迎投遞履歷 1. 深度學習演算法與架構優化，包含: 先進駕駛輔助、大型語言模型、自駕模擬系統、多模態模型等 2. 嵌入式系統程式實作與優化，例如 Qualcomm、NXP、TI、Renesas、Nvidia等車載晶片平台。 3. 自駕無人載具(車輛, 無人自走車, 無人機等)模擬平台開發建置與模擬環境測試腳本開發 4. 開發支援人工智慧晶片之深度學習之模型輕量化(Token pruning, Model compression)

工作內容: 1. 測試規劃、測試環境建置、執行手動/自動化測試、測試結果追蹤，包含： a. 修定測試計劃 b. 管理與安排測試資源 (測試工具檢驗，儀器校正，定期維護測試設備， 測試工作時間分配) c. 確認測試環境及執行步驟 d. 按照步驟操作設備並撰寫測試報告 e. 和內部相關部門(tech support, operation)溝通測試結果 2. 與國內外團隊及客戶端溝通測試項目細節。 3. 管理樣品與測試相關設備及器材。 4. 內部Server後台操作 工作技能: 1. 具備基本英文聽說讀寫能力 2. 熟悉Android、iOS、Linux系統操作者佳 3. 有Coding經驗者佳 4. 對軟體應用及網通相關興趣者 5. 對互聯網商品/ 影音串流服務感興趣者佳 6. 資訊軟體科技相關科系背景佳 Job Description: 1. Schedule testing tasks, testing environment build up, running manual and auto test cases, test result tracking, including: a. Revising test plans b. Managing and scheduling test resources (inspection of testing tools, instrument calibration, regular maintenance of test equipment, allocation of testing timeline) c. Verifying testing environment and execution steps d. Operating equipment according to procedures and writing test reports e. Communicating test results with internal relevant departments (tech support, operation) 2. Communicating test project details with domestic and international teams and clients. 3. Managing device samples and testing-related equipment and apparatus. 4. Internal server backend operation. Required Working Skills: 1. Basic proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 2. Familiarity with Android, iOS, and Linux system operations is preferred. 3. Experience in coding is preferred. 4. Interested in software applications and networking communication is preferred. 5. Interested in internet products/video streaming service is preferred. 6. Being patient, attentive, proactive, keen on learning, strong responsibility, able to summarize and give a briefing, teamwork spirit is preffered 7. 【實習需具備在學身份】 【此職缺為長期實習，合作期間為2025/07-2026/06，一周須進辦公室五天(可合作一年者優先考量)，時間無法配合者請勿投遞】 AOEM是目前在Garmin中很重要的部門，主力產品為車載多媒體影音娛樂系統，長期目標是能提供完整的智能座艙解決方案。 而本團隊是Platform Software Engineering，主要的工作內容是針對不同的客戶需求發展平台嵌入式系統軟體，為連結硬體與應用軟體間不可或缺的橋樑。 【工作內容】 專業相關實務工作： 1.嵌入式系統或驅動程式相關的自動化測試軟體開發業務 一般例行事務性工作： 1.熟悉車載影音娛樂系統 2.進行車載影音娛樂系統平台與嵌入式系統的驗證工作 【工作目標】 近程目標：藉由嵌入式系統軟體驗證工作來熟悉車機影音平台 中程目標：若評估能力許可，可適當授予少許嵌入式系統相關自動化測試軟體開發業務，藉此累積實習生的職場實戰經驗，同時也有助於分擔團隊工作。 遠程目標：若評估能力符合AOEM Platform Software Engineering用人標準，可考慮於畢業後錄用。 【工作計畫】 0-2月： 1.學習公司內部系統的操作。 2.測試設備軟硬體安裝。 2-6月： 1.熟悉車載影音娛樂系統。 2.測試治具複製與測試設備架設。 3.嵌入式系統驗證規劃與安排 6-10月： 1.嵌入式系統驗證規劃與安排 2.嵌入式系統相關自動化測試軟體開發 10-12月： 1.嵌入式系統驗證規劃與安排 2.系統問題分析與排除 【其他條件】 人格特質：好溝通好配合，個性積極隨和好相處

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline laboratory processes. Create and manage .wim images using DISM. Write and execute PowerShell scripts for various tasks. Collaborate with team members to integrate software solutions. Utilize PowerBI for data analysis and reporting (nice to have). Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues on customer‘s platforms.
