【工作內容】 設備維護： 負責廠區內電氣設備、高/低壓電力設備的日常維護保養、故障排除與異常應變。 工程管理： 負責工程委託單處理與進度追蹤。 巡檢抄表： 配合班表（早/中/夜及假日）進行電力抄表與安全巡檢，確保廠區運作順暢。 新進同仁於培訓期間為常日班（08:00 - 17:00）進行完整培訓。 視個人學習進度約半年至一年，待您能完全獨立作業後，才會加入輪值班的行列。 享有夜班津貼、假日值班誤餐費等，如具有配線相關證照另核給證照津貼！

Are you passionate about cutting-edge semiconductor technology and high-resolution imaging? Join our team to develop next-generation X-ray nano-imaging systems! Take part in developing X-ray nano-imaging systems used for inspecting advanced semiconductor manufacturing and packaging processes. You’ll be involved in both the planning and hands-on development stages. Create techniques to detect tiny defects in semiconductor devices by using X-ray diffraction and image reconstruction algorithms. Work on the design and setup of optical systems, including planning the light paths and testing optoelectronic components. You‘ll also prepare technical reports and share your findings. Help mentor junior team members by sharing your knowledge, and contribute to the growth of the team and promotion of X-ray inspection technology across projects.

Qualifications • Associate or Bachelor‘s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in PLC automation or industrial control systems • Basic English reading ability for technical documentation Technical Skills • Experience in PLC programming • Familiar with major PLC platforms such as: Siemens, Allen-Bradley • Understanding of automation control logic • Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics • Experience with I/O wiring and system integration • industrial communication protocols: Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP Responsibilities • Develop and modify PLC control programs • Perform automation system testing and commissioning • Support equipment installation and troubleshooting at site • Prepare technical documentation and operation manuals Personal Attributes • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently • Responsible with good team collaboration • Comfortable working in industrial / on-site environments
