1.硬體組裝與測試：負責品牌電腦（宏碁、華碩等）、投影機及週邊設備的組裝、檢測與故障排除。 2.系統安裝與設定：執行作業系統（Windows）安裝、常用軟體建置、網路驅動程式設定及備份還原。 3.客戶端外勤維修：前往苗栗、新竹或台中之公家單位、學校及企業客戶端，進行設備安裝、定位與現場維護。 4.專案系統建置：協助參與中信局採購案、智慧教室（互動教學系統）等專案的現地施工與系統測試。 5.遠端與電話諮詢：即時處理客戶來電或線上提出的電腦軟硬體操作問題，提供排除建議。 6.維修紀錄管理：確實填寫每日維修工單，回報設備修復進度與零件更換狀況。 條件要求學歷要求：專科、大學以上畢業，資訊工程、電子電機、資管等相關科系佳（具實務經驗者不限科系）。 工作經歷：具備 1 年以上電腦組裝維修或 IT 技術支援經驗（熟 AutoCAD 安裝設定者優先錄取）。 人格特質：具備服務熱忱、溝通有耐心、能獨立面對客戶並解決技術問題。 薪資待遇：月薪 30,000 元 以上（依過往實務經驗面議，具備專業證照者薪資另議）。 交通補貼：外勤油資全額實支實付、提供公務機車/汽車出勤支援。 休假制度：固定週休二日（08:00~17:00）、見紅就休，享有勞基法特休保障。 安心保障：足額投保勞保、健保，全額提撥 6％ 勞退金。額外好康：年終獎金、 專案績效獎金（依標案結案狀況發放)三節禮品。

我們正在尋找一位細心負責的夥伴加入，負責網路通訊設備（如 Router、Switch、Access Point 等）的出貨前品質檢查。此職位主要進行產品外觀與基礎功能確認，不需要高深的網路工程背景，有基本概念即可上手。 主要職責如下： 出貨前檢驗 (OQC)： 依照檢驗規範，執行網通產品（路由器、交換器、無線基地台）的外觀檢查與配件核對。 基本功能測試： 執行產品測試、檢查燈號狀態 (LED Status) 及連接埠外觀確認。 規格核對： 確認產品型號、標籤 (Label)、序號與訂單需求是否相符。 包裝檢查： 確認彩盒、外箱包裝是否完整無損，且內容物無缺件。 報表填寫： 確實記錄檢驗結果，若發現瑕疵或異常，需填寫異常報告並即時回報。 初步故障分析 (加分項目)： 若遇產品不良，能協助進行初步的問題釐清或失效分析 (Failure Analysis) 者尤佳。

Technical 1. Responsible for providing quality repair and preventive maintenance service of company equipment at customer sites. May install or relocate customer equipment and perform associated start-up and check-out procedures under supervision 2. Perform on-site preventive maintenance. Order and replace defective units, components or parts as appropriate. 3.Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. 4. Determine corrective actions required and escalate for assistance and prompt resolution with the support of technically more experienced staff for assistance and guidance when assessing severity of malfunctions and determining corrective actions required. 5.
