【薪資條件】 1.月薪資：日班$40,000起、夜班$46,000起(含站別津貼$5,000/月，加班費另計) 2.每月薪資上看：$45,000~$55,000(含加班費) 。 3.每年再享有留任獎金$10,000 4.培訓期間訓練取得站別認證，依認證發放站別津貼。 5.另有中秋、端午、年終獎金發放。 【工作內容】 1.製程操作：停開機、耗材裝載、製程監控、日常巡檢抄表。 2.高潔淨度電子級化學品生產作業、產品particle量測作業。 3.電子級化學品充填、槽車灌充、取樣作業。 4.部份站別需在無塵室作業。 5.客戶端執行化學品充填作業。 6.工作環境6S維持。 7.主管交辦事項。 【工作時間】 1. 日班：08:00~20:00 / 夜班：20:00~08:00 2. 四班二輪(視實際需求約2~3個月輪調) 3. 做2天休2天(加班費另計)

1.具LED元件相關研發經驗(至少5年以上) . 2.製程導入維護及專案執行. 3.品質管控,良率改善及異常解決. 4.協助研發/新製程之開發. 5.樣品製作實驗,樣品承認,製作作業指導書 ,建立BOM。

客戶服務、處理報價需求，審查及確認接單流程並準確錄入資料；負責下單與生產進度跟催，確保訂單準時完成；安排物流，處理出貨文件並追蹤貨物進度；協調與客戶的對帳工作；定期製作業務相關銷售數據和報表；協助主管處理交辦事項，並提供其他與業務相關的行政支援。

Requirement: 1. Education background: chemistry major with master or above degree is preferred 2. Working background: ＞5 years semiconductor wet cleaning or related experiences in chemical industries is preferred. (plus if familiar with semi & wet cleans industry) 3. Language skill: English is must Job Duties: 1. Oversee technical account responsibilities for developed/developing materials. Drive customers’ project with technical aspect. 2. Communicate with customer and feed-back into on-going development activities within R&D 3. Handle day to day support of key customers’ activity 4. What we are looking for The service team at Nova is looking for a Service Engineer to provide product support at Nova customers. In this role you‘ll be joining the Global Service Group at Nova. We provide service to a large-scale install base, at leading semiconductor manufacturers worldwide. Responsible for training, installing, and supporting all Nova products at customer sites worldwide. We foster teamwork, excellence, and innovation, making customer success our main goal. What you will be doing • Implement the Customer Support Policy for the OEM End User. Supervise, maintain, and support company systems in the field. • Support OEM partners, and End Users internal service as defined under warranty and service support agreements. • Maintain, support, and guide proper training to all users, including OEM and End User personnel. (Training will be provided, in most cases, by an engineer dedicated to training). • Maintain proper reporting methods for all activities of customer support as defined by the Territory Service Manager/Customer Support Manager. • Maintain company’s parts inventory under the position’s control. Maintain proper level of stock in accordance with company spare parts tock policy, as set from time to time. • Assist in new equipment integration, “add-ons,” and upgrades. • Provide feedback to the headquarters based on experience gained with customers. • Support the customer beyond the defined working schedule as required.
