1.Lead the end-to-end design of new panel fasteners, ejectors, latches, and smart handles based on customer input — from concept through prototyping, validation, and final product release. 2.Visit customer design engineers to gather first-hand design requirements. 3.Create concept designs and prototypes with support from manufacturing engineers. 4.Conduct performance testing and validation with support from lab engineers. 5.Finalize designs, create PEM customer drawings, manufacturing drawings for sub-components, and define catalog specifications. 6.Improve existing products to enhance functionality and manufacturability. 7.Collaborate with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and market needs.

1.Deliver technical presentations to customer engineering and R&D teams introducing company products and services. 2.Provide technical advice and design solutions for both catalogue and custom products in customer applications. 3.Support marketing by participating in roadshows, trade shows, technical seminars, and other events. 4.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for supervisors and senior management. 5.Share successful application cases with internal sales and engineering teams. 6.Collaborate closely with global internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

1. 負責智慧型裝置產品之主動式（Active Cooling）與被動式（Passive Cooling）散熱方案設計與優化。 2. 參與 RFP/RFQ 階段的 Thermal Solution 規劃，包含可行性評估、效能分析及成本估算。 3. 使用 FloTHERM / Ansys Icepak 建立熱模型，執行熱模擬分析與設計優化。 4. 規劃並執行產品熱測試與驗證，分析 Thermal Performance、進行 Root Cause Analysis，並推動問題改善。 5. 建立及維護 Thermal 相關技術文件，包括 PTS、Thermal Test Plan、Thermal Design Guide 等。 6. 與跨功能研發團隊合作，並研究與評估新型散熱技術、材料及 Thermal Solution，推動未來產品應用 == English == 1. Responsible for the design and optimization of active and passive cooling solutions for smart device products. 2. Participate in RFP/RFQ-stage thermal solution planning, including feasibility assessment, performance evaluation, and cost estimation. 3. Build thermal models and perform thermal simulation, analysis, and design optimization using FloTHERM / Ansys Icepak. 4. Plan and execute thermal testing and validation, analyze thermal performance, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and drive issue resolution and improvement. 5. Develop and maintain thermal-related technical documentation, including PTS, Thermal Test Plans, and Thermal Design Guides. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to research and evaluate new thermal technologies, materials, and thermal solutions for future product applications.

頂車機及五金工具機械安裝及維修、油壓控制、電路查線、並裝配零組件及修理氣動及電動式工具。 *以上沒經驗即可，若以上項目皆無具備之技能，公司即會派遣技師指導及教育。

1.根據產品設計圖，從事電腦輔助繪圖，或電腦輔助製造等工作。 2.正確標註出產品尺寸、規格需求與各種零組件的相關細節，以利製造生產。 3.閱覽圖面，並編寫加工程式、刀具編排等。 4.將設計圖轉換成CNC控制碼，以驅動製造設備。 5.配合主管交待事宜
