1.維護公司網路和資料，並進行備份工作，及防毒 2.配合資訊作業需要，至各單位處理連線相關作業及問題排除 3.擔任各項資訊系統整合與維護、及測試工作 4.負責Fire Wall、IDS及防毒軟體等資安系統管理防止公司機密外洩以及員工不當使用電腦 5.協助資訊專業人員進行電腦、標準軟體及週邊設備的安裝。 6.主管交辦事項

1.電腦機械繪圖及拆圖、新開發機種相關文件及BOM表建立，有相關經驗者佳 2.製程改善、產能提升 3.ERP系統操作管理(鼎新系統尤佳) 4.簡易模具繪圖

(一)主要協助工作： １、電話諮詢：回答常見問題，協助客戶端排除解決。 ２、Client 端工具進階操作、設定。( 如： Outlook 、Thunderbird、OmniStor)。 ３、服務FAQ手冊撰寫：協助新增、修正各項服務SOP。 ４、網頁編修：協助更新服務說明網頁的內容。 ５、基本行政作業。 (二)次要支援工作： １、基本作業系統安裝、系統調整設定。 ２、常見軟體安裝、基本操作，如：Microsoft Office、Libre Office、Adobe CC...。 ３、撰寫軟體安裝SOP、使用手冊。 (三)需求能力條件： １、有服務熱忱，樂於與人互動；具表達能力與溝通技巧。 ２、具電腦文書軟體操作能力；有網站建置、美編經驗。 ３、對學習資訊技術有興趣。 ４、具基本公文寫作為佳。

1.判定硬體及作業系統與應用程式之問題，依一般資訊專業通例或SOP進行問題排除。 2.執行弱電工程(監視器/電信系統 /網路/門禁)之規劃、請購及驗收，並進行上線後維運與系統狀態監控管理。 3.執行電腦/週邊/應用軟體/網路之請購、安裝、設定、問題處理、調整、送修、升級與報廢等工作。 4.執行Windows Server AD使用者帳號及權限相關作業工作。 5.執行電腦作業系統之安全更新以及各項資安防護系統與網路管理系統之維護設定與運作。 6.執行資訊部門內部各項系統之作業要求。 7.制定/修定各項資訊作業之SOP，並依實際作業之內容適時提案修訂。

1.具一般機械常識，熟悉使用Auto CAD,SolidWork等2D 3D繪圖軟體，可獨立完成圖面繪製 2.進行機械設計並輸出設計文件( 機器圖紙、外購件清單、機器操作說明書等) 3.懂機構功能規格、材料選用、加工製程 4.設備技術改善、解決組裝問題、研發工作
