【主要工作職責】 1、機械手臂程式撰寫及遠程模式腳本編輯 (TM、Epson尤佳) 2、撰寫手臂與PLC或者PC Base交握通訊程式 3、機械視覺整合 (TM vision、Epson vision、基恩斯、康耐視等) 4、自動化設備關於機械手臂之各項評估 (如精度、cycle time、荷重、半徑、選型等) 5、手臂硬體與軟體安裝 6、手臂簡易維護保養與故障排除 【要求】 1、了解客製自動化設備、有自動化設備專案經驗 2、曾參與自動化設備測試、調機、現場驗證交機等經驗 3、有效的溝通能力，跨部門溝通協調。

Technical 1. Responsible for providing quality repair and preventive maintenance service of company equipment at customer sites. May install or relocate customer equipment and perform associated start-up and check-out procedures under supervision 2. Perform on-site preventive maintenance. Order and replace defective units, components or parts as appropriate. 3.Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. 4. Determine corrective actions required and escalate for assistance and prompt resolution with the support of technically more experienced staff for assistance and guidance when assessing severity of malfunctions and determining corrective actions required. 5. On the job Training (OJT) to assist with installing and start up and/or relocating equipment at customer’s site. 6. Remain up to date on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals and other relevant materials. 7.Execute project action items under direct supervision. 8. 一、新產品流程 1. 依據FMEA、EVT測報、電性規格書，擬定測試項目/條件/判定標準 2. 執行DVT 3. 測試結果撰寫DVT Report，測試問題撰寫Corrective Action Report 4. 建立EVSE、Parts資料庫 5. 彙整測試數據，統計分析失效模式 二、可靠度工程 1. 根據客訴分析報告，針對真因擬定或編修測試規範 2. 收集案場環境數據，擬定或編修測試規範；執行試驗確認規範內容正確性 3. 開發新測試，導入新設備，以節省新產品/材料驗證時程 三、其他主管交辦事項

1.鋼鐵加工、剪裁、整平、分條作業，上級主管指派任務。 2.本職務設定為每日工時八小時，周休二日。 3.需配合平日加班生產。

1. 工程開發階段新產品測試治具與測試站的開發、製作與驗證(DC電壓的電子電路)。 2. 生產線測試問題的分析與處理。 3. 生產線測試設備的維護(電子基礎量測儀器，如電源供應器、資料收集器...等)。 4. 熟悉烙鐵、熱風槍、示波器等電子相關工具。
