We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Software Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our complex software development initiatives. You will be the pivotal link between technical teams, stakeholders, and business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. Key Responsibilities ● Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation schedules, and risk management strategies. ● Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, and business analysts) through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). ● Process Management: Drive adherence to project methodologies, focusing on Agile/Scrum practices. Required Qualifications ● Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years directly managing software development projects. ● Methodology Expertise: Proven mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience acting as a Scrum Master is highly desirable. ● Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical dependencies, and common software architecture concepts (e.g., APIs, microservices). ● Tools Proficiency: Expert use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) for tracking progress, managing backlogs, and reporting. ● Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification is highly preferred. ● Education: Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. We are seeking an experienced system debug engineer with strong background in the cloud/datacenter domain. In this position, you will play a key role in realizing vision to work closely with Foxconn’s biggest customers: CSPs to enable and scale out Foxconn latest server platforms and technologies. This position will have a chance to touch cutting-edge silicon, server hardware technologies and emerging firmware and OS solutions, and apply them to the CSPs. Responsibilities include: • Mastering the latest Intel/AMD/Ampere hardware and platform features. Tracking the enabling status of those features in silicon, low-level firmware/software, Operating System and latest Linux Upstream Kernel. • Debug customer data-center issues related to platform enabling and customization. Deep dive and root cause silicon enabling and system integration issues to sub system or source code level. • Closely collaborate with silicon enabling, firmware development, and various component teams from third-party vendors (e.g., memory, storage, network, power and performance, thermal/mechanical, I/O, etc.) to troubleshoot and debug cross-discipline and complex integration issues on server platforms. Drive debug taskforce cross functions to ensure timely issue resolution. • Contribute to the definition of new platforms with software architecture and development teams, support platform bring-up activities, review designs and code changes • Contribute to validation team on improving test plan/method to validate features and verify fixes • Put new technology into practice in the fastest manner, explore all possible alternatives for better solution, and pursue constant improvement on debug methodology and tool • Define and drive the system debug process implementation and ingredient owner engagement and alignment Qualifications: The candidate should possess a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant technology (advanced degree is preferred) with 5+ years of applicable industrial experience in the following: • Solid understanding of x86/IA with design experience or working knowledge on CPU, DIMM, Chipset and Platform • Strong low-level debugging skills that enable the root causing of issues across hardware, firmware and OS levels • Experience with ASSET SCANWORKS, Intel ITP and Cscript development. Experience with PythonSV or programming with Python. In-depth knowledge of CPU flows and experience on silicon level debug and ASD (e.g. CrashDump Analysis) are preferred • Solid understanding and hands-on development/validation experience of popular server/PC technologies including PCI/PCI-E, USB, SAS/SATA, i2C/SMBUS, IPMI, BIOS/EFI and DIMM, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Manageability, Security, RAS, etc. • Understanding of Operating System, Driver, BIOS and firmware fundamentals. Programming skills (e.g. C/C++) that enable the source code level debug and issue fix is highly preferred. • Experience at model-based problem solving that enable the effective investigation and narrow-down of complex issues; • Demonstrated capability to work within a team environment facing fast-changing requirements and complicated stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain the Supplier Monitoring Plan in coordination with Quality Manager • Support the supplier selection process by evaluating supplier quality capability, quality management systems, and process maturity • Conduct supplier quality assessments and audits (potential supplier audits, process audits, system audits) prior to onboarding • Define and communicate Sylux supplier quality requirements – including applicable standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ASPICE, ISO 26262) and contractual quality obligations • Support the maintenance of approved supplier list in collaboration with supplier management • Evaluate supplier APQP readiness and establish quality checkpoints aligned to the Sylux industrialization timeplan • Own and execute ACQ.4 process activities across all active supplier engagements • Define and agree supplier monitoring plans including review frequency, work product checkpoints, and quality gates • Review and evaluate supplier-provided work products against agreed acceptance criteria and quality requirements • Track supplier process compliance with agreed development standards • Conduct periodic supplier progress reviews and document findings, risks, and agreed actions • Support preparation for ASPICE assessment involving supplier monitoring processes • Support in defining PPAP scope, level and submission requirements for each supplier per program requirements • Align supplier PPAP due dates with the Sylux industrialization timeplan and communicate critical path milestones • Review and approve supplier PPAP packages including: PSW, Control plan, PFMEA, MSA, Process capability studies and inspection reports • Track PPAP submission status across all critical suppliers and escalate delays that impact the industrialization schedule • Define and monitor supplier quality KPIs • Monitor and evaluate supplier continual improvement activities

1.Responsible for the design, R&D, and verification of robot structures and transmission systems, particularly for robotic arms, end-effectors, and joint modules. 2.Assist the department head in the mechanical design and validation of robots (including arms, AMRs, and main body structures). Perform mechanical configuration, component selection, modeling, and 2D/3D drawing creation based on product requirements. 3.Support dynamic simulation and inverse kinematics analysis to assist control and software teams in performance optimization. 4.Participate in prototype fabrication, machining and supplier communication, assembly, and testing; provide design improvement recommendations. 5.Conduct innovative design and implementation of new materials and mechanical structures based on technological development directions.
