[Responsibilities] –Physical work such as server rack installation and cabling in IDC (Internet Data Center ). –Design, build and operate Linux servers, Windows servers and VDI. –Design, construction, operation, and capacity planning of large-scale NAS storage/object storage. –Infrastructure operation issues(network/server/storage/security) visualization and countermeasure planning. –Server and storage related troubleshooting (investigating, resolving issues, reporting, considering improvements if necessary). –Problem response, incident management and audit review responses. [Qualifications] Required: –5+ years experience in Server management related experience. –Linux server design, construction, maintenance and operation experience. –Experience with in designing/building/operating large-scale NAS storage and object storage products. –Experience with operating services in Mission-Critical environments. –Understanding of the physical layer (Datacenter, Network, Server, Storage) and construction/operation experience. –Experience with in requirements definition and infrastructure architecture. –Experience with in configuration management using ShellScript, Ansible, Git, etc. –Network knowledge (routing, firewalls, load balancers, SDN, VPN). –Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Preferred: –Experience with in large and medium-sized financial service infrastructure construction/operation. –Windows Server design, construction, maintenance and operation experience. –Experience with Security knowledge (basics of cryptography, digital signature). –VDI design, construction and operation experience. –Experience as project manager, project leader, supplier control, etc. –Experience with in visualizing operational problems using Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, etc. –Backup system design and construction, operation department technical support. –Experience with handling audits (PCIDSS, etc.). –Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business Japanese.
