薪資管理專員將確保準確、及時地輸入並維護最新的薪資資料、計算、稅務計算及申報和相關報表。將擔任負責準備飯店的每月薪資作業,管理薪資項目、稅務計算申報、勞健保費用核對及二代健保申報,並根據公司的政策和程序發放、審核及維護所有飯店的薪資帳戶。
1. 蒐集並核對薪資支出之會計等資料。
2. 執行每月薪資會計作帳之作業。
3. 編製薪資會計報表與帳務傳票,並與薪資部與財務部門對帳。
4. 辦理所得稅扣繳、薪資所得憑單申報與年度扣繳憑單製發。
5. 勞健保、勞退、特別扣繳等資料之申報與異動登錄。
6. 會計帳務明細資料編製與管理
7. 確保薪資會計流程合乎公司內控與稽核制度。
8. 協助人資制度改善與報表資料分析。
9. 配合會計師查核與內部稽核作業。
10. 支援人資、財會相關之專案工作。
11.其他工作說明事項及主管交辦事項。
The Payroll Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely input and maintenance of up-to-date payroll data, payroll calculations, tax computations and filings, and related reporting. This role oversees the preparation of the hotel‘s monthly payroll operations, manages payroll items, tax calculations and filings, labor and health insurance reconciliations, and supplementary National Health Insurance (2nd generation NHI) reporting. The Payroll Assistant also reviews, and maintains all hotel payroll accounts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
1. Collect and verify payroll-related accounting data and records.
2. Perform monthly payroll accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
3. Prepare payroll accounting reports and journal entries, and reconcile accounts with the payroll and finance departments.
4. Handle income tax withholding, file salary income statements, and issue annual withholding statements.
5. Manage filings and updates for labor insurance, national health insurance, labor pension, and other statutory deductions.
6. Prepare and maintain detailed accounting records and reports.
7. Ensure payroll accounting processes comply with internal control and audit requirements.
8. Assist in improving HR systems and conducting data analysis for reporting.
9. Support external audits by accountants and internal audit processes.
10. Assist with HR and finance-related projects.
11. Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors.
