Responsibilities GCM Asia Project Coordination (40％) • Maintain and manage the Adobe Workfront system for the GCM Asia team • Collaborate with project owners to ensure all Asia projects are accurately entered and regularly updated in Workfront. • Serve as the regional point of contact for Workfront-related workflows and issues, liaising with the US team as needed. • Support the coordination of the GCM Asia Editorial Calendar and ensure alignment with Workfront records. Asia Event Support (40％) • Assist the Asia Event Lead in planning and executing events in Asia, including trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other activations. • Prepare detailed event proposals and support pre-event briefings and progress tracking. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across Asia and the US to ensure timely delivery of event assets. • Support event logistics, including invitations, RSVPs, venue arrangements, decoration, catering, and giveaways…etc. • Perform other-event relevant tasks as assigned.
