• Ensure the flowers in the hotel‘s public area are fresh at all time, daily walkaround to check the quality of the flower. • Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of plants/flower pots in guest suites as well as public areas. • Setup flowers according to the Banquet Event Orders and department‘s requirements on timely basis. • Responsible to keep the flower workshop cleaned and tidied at all time. • Ensure flower orders are placed on timely manner in the SCM and accurately. • Ensure florist vendors deliver the flowers correctly according to PO and to check to ensure the quality meets the hotel requirements. • Reporting damage or any other loss of flowers/props to the Flower Shop Manager immediately. • Control the inventory of the flowers in the flower shop to ensure there is always sufficient but not excessive flower stock available in the hotel. • Assist the Flower Shop Manager to provide ideas and creation of flower arrangements for Public Area, Guestrooms, F&B outlets, SPA and Executive Office.
