我們是台北醫學大學傷害防治研究所張鳳航教授的研究團隊 工作內容 我們團隊積極發展適用臺灣中風患者的策略訓練，有別於直接對中風患者進行復健，策略訓練治療師著重帶領患者自己發現問題，思考解決策略和實地執行。因團隊進行多項多年期研究計畫，均為3年以上的臨床試驗，需要擴大人力，歡迎有興趣的人才加入。 【條件】 1. 職能治療師(生)、物理治療師(生)。 2. 醫學相關科系、心理學相關科系或長照相關科系畢業生。 【工作地點】 3. 各合作醫院，包含臺北醫學大學附設醫院、萬芳醫院、臺大醫院、雙和醫院、臺大北護分院、慈濟醫院。 4. 居家上課，集中於臺北市和其鄰近的新北市行政區。 【工作內容】 1. 進行研究設計之中風復健相關介入¬–策略訓練、照顧者合作策略、策略訓練促進體能活動、運動介入 2. 每堂課60分鐘，每週須上2-3次課(避免連續兩天)，每位個案需完成10-12堂課，即利用5-6週完成所有堂數，期間個案和治療師都可以請假，日後補足堂數即可。 3. 每次課後填寫簡單的觀察記錄。 4. 團隊先提供介入訓練，完成後開始接案。 一週需安排兩天或以上的上課時段，治療師先提供時段(可更新)，每個時段可以只有半天，例如：週1, 3上午和週4下午、週2至5晚上等，假日亦可，我們會依您可接案的時間派案。 【薪資】 論件計酬，於合作醫院上課一堂課700元，包含幫個案上課60分鐘+完成個案觀察記錄。另有上課地點除了各醫院外，也可能會以居家方式進行，居家上課按件計酬一堂課800元。若因特殊原因，需要進行線上視訊上課，則為一堂課500元。 歡迎所有求職者
