Format Alignment: Fix broken layouts, fonts, and formatting in PPT or Word files post-translation. 4. Glossary Management: Maintain a Japanese terminology database to improve future AI translation consistency. 5. Final Quality Check: Perform side-by-side reviews to ensure complete, error-free, and ready-to-use Japanese documents. We are looking for a versatile, data-driven Global Mobility Policy & Design Specialist. This is a dedicated policy, design, and governance role where you will focus on the strategic design, review, and optimization of our global mobility programs and provisions. You will work closely with our Global Mobility operations team to translate ground-level challenges into systemic policy solutions. Simultaneously, you will build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and prepare compelling business cases and presentations for HR Leaders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Policy Redesign & Framework Governance: Lead and/or support the technical review and redesign of global mobility provisions across our key programs. Ensure revisions align with global mobility principles and prevent policy silos by ensuring a holistic, cross-program view. 2. Strategic Advisory & Enablement: Partner with Mobility Operations team and/or Geographical HR teams on the application of the global talent mobility frameworks and principles. 3. HR Presentations: Synthesize complex data, compliance risks, and market benchmarks into clear, highly visual slide decks and business cases. Partner with the Global Mobility Manager to craft policy proposals and strategic recommendations to senior HR leaders 4. Operational Root-Cause Diagnostics: Partner closely with the Global Mobility Operations team. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage and communicate complex sustainability data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability and communications, with proficiency in both English and Chinese. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to enhance the company‘s sustainability disclosure initiatives. 2. Author and refine sustainability reports, stakeholder engagement materials, and other related communications. 3. Oversee projects associated with sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and other related initiatives. 4. Track and report on vital sustainability metrics and performance indicators. 5.
