You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment, while playing a key role in technical decision-making and performance optimization. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and share best practices with junior developers within the team, fostering their growth and development. 5. Requirements Analysis & Solutioning: Collaborate closely with HR business partners and product managers to deeply understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and viable solutions. 6. API Design & Integration: Design and develop robust APIs, and integrate with internal or external systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems. 7.
