We are looking for a detail‑oriented and improvement‑minded Supply Chain Management Specialist to keep materials flowing, logistics moving, and decisions data‑driven. In this role, you will coordinate inventory, shipping, and supplier collaboration while using digital tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support safe, reliable operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory & Material Availability – Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to support uninterrupted production operations. 2. Logistics Coordination – Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics to meet delivery schedules and quality requirements. 3. Stakeholder Communication – Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support smooth supply chain operations. 4. Safety Compliance – Enforce strict adherence to safety standards across logistics, warehousing, and material handling activities. 5. Order Release via SAP – Analyze daily and weekly order releases through the SAP system to ensure accurate planning and timely execution. 6. Premium Freight Control – Control and reduce premium freight costs by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. 7. Claims Handling – Handle claim cases related to wrong shipments, shortages, and transportation damages, ensuring timely resolution with carriers and suppliers. 8. KPI Management & Improvement – Maintain and update the MP&L KPI matrix, track performance trends, and lead improvement initiatives. 9. Scalable & Sustainable Practices – Foster supply chain practices that support operational growth, efficiency, and long‑term sustainability. 10. Partner Relationships – Maintain strong and positive relationships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners to enhance collaboration and service quality.

1.與客戶/BM溝通/了解需求，提出商業建議，並促使達成營業目標及營收成長 2.確認客戶logistic需求與跨功能單位溝通/協調並回應客戶，審查客戶logistic spec 3.推動客戶B2B，報表及非工程類專案需求 4.建立客戶工作SOP，並協助訓練資淺人員 5.安排來訪行程/議題，協調相關與會人員並參與重要Planning相關議題討論，以掌握業務變化及客戶需求，並與客戶窗口建立關係及取得Benchmarking資訊 6.主動了解客戶的需求與疑問，即時處理異常
