The Production Control Specialist plays a critical role in connecting production, materials, planning, and systems to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for production planning, inventory control, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to maintain production stability, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery. We are looking for a candidate who is analytical, detail-oriented, and communicative, with a strong willingness to learn new systems, adapt to change, and continuously improve processes. Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management: Oversee and monitor inventory to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent shortages or excess inventory, and regularly review inventory accuracy while proactively investigating and resolving discrepancies. 2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, abnormalities, and improvement opportunities, and prepare, consolidate, and distribute regular reports to support management decision-making. 3. Planning and Coordination: Responsible for production planning, scheduling, and release activities, working closely with manufacturing, materials, and procurement teams to ensure effective resource utilization and on-time delivery. 4. System and Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within ERP or internal systems to ensure data integrity and reliable support for production planning, tracking, and reporting. 5. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify process inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks, and participate in or drive improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall cost performance. 6. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and logistics, to align priorities, resolve issues, and support smooth operational execution. 7. Problem Solving and Adaptability: Anticipate and respond to production challenges such as demand fluctuations, material constraints, and operational disruptions by analyzing root causes, adjusting plans, and adapting priorities as business needs change. 8. Attention to Detail and Ownership:Maintain a high level of accuracy in all planning and inventory control activities, demonstrating strong attention to detail, accountability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.

ERP生產相關作業流程系統作業: 生產工作日誌建檔管理、生產報表紀錄、生產排程作業、開立工單、製令單、請購單與生產交期管理 3. 生產原物料控管/生產線物料庫存管理: 原料/配料/包材備料作業、庫存管理、物料採購下單與進度跟催。 4. 提出有關原料分配、設備安排等相關的修正建議，增加生產量或提升品質 並在確定排程後，做原物料需求預估，工時計算及分析與工時資料驗算 、工時報表製作及擴建規劃 5. 生產排程: 帶領生產線作業員協助完成產線的任務 6. 進度、品質、成本管控，及進度跟催 7. 產銷協調、跨部門生產協調：確認訂單、維護訂單出貨順暢、業務協調與溝通、達成產能與出貨目標 8. 生產單位ISO相關作業 9. 試產／量產時的產品異常分析改善。 10. 產線異常事件處理與回報：產線製程/包裝品質管控、製程改善與優化機器設備維修與調整、安排/協助產線設備維護管理 。 ※本公司實施八週變形工時制，員工排休天數依八週內含16日(8日例假、8日休息日)之比例及國定假日數， 進行彈性安排，如因排班導致該月休息日天數不足法定標準，將依法核發休息日加班費。
