Ensure all SMT related equipments (Fuji/ASM/Reflow/Router/WS/Pressfit...etc) operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE 3. Assist new equipment and automation to be introduced into production. 4. Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime. 5. Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance 6. Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals 7. Prepare and manage equipment maintenance and repair budgets 8. Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency 9. Safety and compliance, ensure that equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents. 10. Train cadres, complete talent cultivation, and accelerate production line management 11. Performs other related duties as assigned.

SMT (PCBA) 1. NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation (layout, capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc) 2. Set up and optimize SMT lines for NPI and mass production 3. SOP standard document creation & production line staff training 4. New Product Introduction (NPI) : support to define NPI process and flow chart and keep tracking NPI progress to make sure NPI runs smoothly 5. New process and cutting-edge technology study (e.g. DLC (Liquid cooling for B300, AI Server process etc.) 6. Define and implement standard procedure to achieve production quality and efficiency 7. Leading the analysis, verification, and resolution the line issue troubleshooting 8. Assist the production department and quality department in improving the yield rate. 9. Validation and implementation of ECN/ECR Firmware and Hardware changes 10. Improvement of factory production processes, efficiency enhancement, and cost savings. 11. Performs other related duties as assigned.

需有倉管相關經驗 1.出貨物料 產品包裝、搬運、堆疊，油壓拖板車操作。 2.物料 進出管理、庫存盤點、環境整理，每天例行性ERP KEY單。 3.利用標籤設備，在庫存貨物上做記號。 4.料收發、盤點、儲存，商品包裝、標示、整理。 5.主管交辦事項。
